Why We Bought The Farm

You can’t see your nearest neighbor because their house is five miles away. If you need a gallon of milk, that’s 25 miles into town, and your church is nearly an hour away by automobile. So why would you choose to live on a farm in the middle of the vast prairie farmland of Saskatchewan Canada? Because the Lord sent you here to raise your family.

As members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Lee and Tawna Hansen felt directed to this beautiful place where nothing is convenient unless you look upward to Heaven. Their story will inspire anyone who is raising a family as followers of Jesus Christ.
