The Straight Stuff

“Why are there so many churches?” Ardmore once said in exasperation. “Surely among all these, there must be one true church.” But the staunch Lutheran couple soldiered on, thinking perhaps “this was as good as anything”. Then, when Charleen was introduced to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints by her dear friend, they began to see. Until one day, she experienced an “ah, uh huh” moment. For decades now, the Haugens have been anchors of their new faith in the community of Roseau, and are so delighted to know the answers to all their questions. Finally, they found “the straight stuff.”
