God’s Gift to Me

This morning I realized for the first time that God not only gave His only begotten Son to bless and redeem mankind. He also gave us many of His noble and good children to lift and inspire us. One of these is my Queen, RaNae. Today is her birthday. It’s a day to celebrate God’s gift of her to the world. In addition to my Savior Jesus Christ, RaNae is also my personal savior. She saved me from my carnal self. She gives my life meaning and purpose. Because of her, my life has so much more joy and peace, laughter and love. She lifts my soul towards heavenly things, and allows Christ’s saving grace to have full affect in my life. I thank God for His gift of RaNae to the world…and me.
