If Only My Dad Had Been in the Movies

I helped my father create three family history books in his later years. But in all his writings, there was very little of Eldon Taylor in them. I never knew the foundations of his testimony, of his personal life challenges and how his faith helped him through. Even more amazing, I seldom heard him speak of his testimony at a personal rather than strictly doctrinal level. Therefore, I missed that part of my Dad.

If only Dad had been in the movies, I could still watch him speak and feel him near. Even better, I’d love to ask him questions that made him the good man he was, while on camera. Those recorded minutes would be priceless to me today.

We’ll schedule a relaxed Zoom conversation at a time that’s convenient for you. There are no speeches to prepare and no scripts to memorize. We’ll simply have a friendly conversation about your life, your faith, and the experiences that have shaped your relationship with Jesus Christ.

Most interviews last about 30 minutes.

PERMISSION TO PUBLISH AGREEMENT: I hereby grant permission to MyFaithStory and its affiliates to record, edit, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display my likeness, voice, and/or testimonial, including any associated location, in any and all forms of media, including but not limited to audio recordings, video recordings, photographs, and written testimonials. I acknowledge that my story may be shared on social media, myfaithstory.org, and other platforms. I understand the purpose of this agreement is to assist missionaries, members and friends of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in sharing the Gospel with others and inviting all to come unto Christ. I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or any material that may be used in connection with it, now or in the future, whether that use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of my faith story. I confirm that I am of legal age and have the right to enter into this agreement, and that the faith story provided by me is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. This agreement shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns in perpetuity.
