Equally Yoked in Christ

“When the scriptures talk about how you share the yoke with the Savior,” Andrew says, “it’s not an equal yoke.” He and his wife Chantel have been equally yoked since their eternal marriage many years ago, but also being yoked with Christ has made the biggest difference. “As long as we’re pulling with Him, He’s carrying the bulk of the weight,” Andrew adds.

As members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, the couple have found great peace, knowing their family can be together forever. “Throughout my life there have been so many examples and opportunities that testify that Jesus lives,” Chantel says. And this knowledge has brought their family great joy.
