When Lanbo Jia saw an ad about knowing God on social media, he responded and asked to learn more. “My heart felt touched and I was willing to give it a try,” he says. Coming to Canada from Beijing China, he found his life filled with conflicts even though he didn’t understand what was wrong with his views.
When he walked into the Church building, he saw many families with children studying and playing. “At that moment I suddenly felt that this Church is alive,” he explains. “I decided to be baptized not because I already understood everything, but because I was eager to continue learning.”
